About Crossings Women

Crossings Women provides ladies of all ages and from varied backgrounds a great way to make new friends and learn about God.
A beautiful garden needs a few essential elements to thrive: rich soil, sunshine, and water. When women gather with open hearts in friendship and open minds to scripture, they have the essential elements for a thriving spiritual life. Women’s Ministry at Crossings creates these environments, where God can do the wonderful, healing, grace-filled work of transformation.

MOM’s Groups

Beginning Monday, September 14th at 9:15 a.m. in the Atrium

MOM’s Group, a Bible study and worship combo designed for moms with children under the age of 5, is offered Monday mornings and has a new and distinct Bible study each semester. Each mom in MOM’s Groups will be a part of a close-knit small group led by a mentor who will walk with you, encourage you, and lead you through the Bible study. MOM’s Group will remain in the Atrium all morning for their study. Childcare is available for this group, but it is limited and available by reservation only.

Word: A Study of Psalm by Lyn SmithWord-Book-Cover

This fall, our MOM’s group will study Word: A Study of Psalm 119 in 22 Meditations taught by the author Lyn Smith. A little bit about Word: Take a six week heart pounding, life changing journey through Psalm 119. Get to know God through His Word and fall in love with Him again … or for the first time.

You may purchase your book for this study on the first day of class.

Morning Conversations

Beginning Monday, September 14th at 9:15 a.m. in the Atrium

Ladies who attend our Morning Conversations will choose one of two excellent video-driven bible studies: Chase by Jennie Allen or Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer. Morning Conversations will gather in the Atrium for worship at 9:15 a.m. and will then head upstairs for bible study. After you decide which study you’d like to be a part of, you may purchase your books on the first day of Morning Conversations.

Chase by Jennie Allenchaselarge-300x3001

A man after God’s own heart… As David’s life weaves throughout the pages of Scripture, we see he was a man who spent his life chasing after God. Chase explores the events that defined David’s life and the Psalms that flowed out of those experiences. Through David’s example we’ll discover what God really wants from us.

Armor of God by Priscilla ShirerArmor-of-God

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. If you’re tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you.

Childcare

Childcare is provided on Monday mornings only for children (ages five months through 4 years old) by preregistration only. If you have a baby under the age of five months, we ask you keep your infant with you during class.

Childcare space is limited, so registering for childcare does not secure your spot until confirmed by the Nursery staff by phone or email.

Registration for Childcare and Bible Study is now open!
