Kid Faith
Has your child been asking . . .

What does it mean to be a Christian? Is he/she wondering about baptism, why we take communion, or what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? Kid Faith, offered to 2nd-6th grade students, focuses on these objectives.

Cost is $5 and includes dinner and materials. A parent session is offered to cover what the children learn at Kid Faith and what their next step should be.

Parent Testimonials …

As we prepared to leave the parking lot after the class, my son seemed to have an urgency to make a conscious decision to pray and ask Jesus Christ to come into his heart as his Lord and Savior. Although he had done this at a much younger age, I could tell this time was different, and he really knew what he was doing, so I stopped the car and we prayed in the parking lot. The materials and information we heard in the parent class prepared me with conversation tools to lead my son to Christ at home.

We were so excited when both of our oldest daughters expressed their desire to be baptized in front of our church family. They will never forget that day! Because of the Kid Faith class they attended prior to baptism, they both have a much deeper understanding of the meaning of baptism. The class emphasized the importance of the decision and gives them a firm foundation based on knowledge and faith. The take-home materials and the parent session at the end were also helpful for us to lead our children.
