Missions Emphasis
Missions Begins with Jesus in Me!
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat,
I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,
I was a stranger and you invited me in,
I needed clothes and you clothed me,
I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you came to visit me.
- Matthew 25:35-36

This year, we are going to PRAY, GO, and GIVE! The 2011-2012 missions emphasis for 2nd – 6th graders is local ministries that Crossings supports. Jesus calls us all to love our neighbors and Matthew 25:35-36 gives us some examples of exciting ways that we can show Jesus’ love to our neighbors here in Oklahoma. Each month, we will highlight one of these examples and share some ways you can be involved in our local ministries. Consider using one of the suggestions or thinking of your own way to show Jesus’ love to your neighbors here in OKC throughout the year.
