Registration closes Sunday, May 13 at midnight. Cost for each class in this six-week session is $35 for Fitness Center members or $45 for non-members. During online registration you will be prompted to choose the member or non-member rate. If you are not already a member, you can join during online registration.
Class Descriptions
Body Works and Abs
Meets in room 250
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 8:15-9 a.m.
Muscle tone, posture, balance, and strength–with this workout of low-weight repetitions, you’ll get it all.
Boot Camp Conditioning
Meets in the Gym
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 5:45-6:30 a.m.
Experienced fitness levels only. You can command power, strength and agility with this military inspired workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout, you’ll lunge, kick, crunch, box, cycle and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated.
Cardio Jam
Meets in room 250
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 7:15-8 a.m.
Come join the fun in this high energy, fast-paced, fat burning class–with easy-to-follow exercises. With so much variety, there’s no time for boredom in this class.
Circuit Training
Meets in room 250
Mondays & Wednesdays | 12:15-1 p.m. — Saturdays | 8:15-9 a.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7:15-8 a.m. — Saturdays | 8:15-9 a.m.
This class is a program in which you move immediately from an exercise for one muscle group to an exercise for a different muscle group until all major muscle groups have been worked. The circuit of activities can include weight machines, free weights, callisthenic exercises, exercise tubing, and cardio respiratory equipment. Moving immediately from one activity to the next allows you to work the cardio respiratory system as well as the muscular system.
Cycle

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6-6:45 a.m.
If a challenge is what you’re looking for, this is it! Whether you’re training for a triathlon or riding for cardiovascular health, this class will get you there. Feel the energy from upbeat music and those that surround you. Come enjoy the ride. Everyone leaves class a winner.
NOTE: Must Pre-register ONLINE for Cycle class or you will not be guaranteed a bike for the session.
Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 12-12:45 p.m.
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing practice that encourages rest and resets the body and mind. Whether you are looking to de-stress, energize, or find balance this can be an effective way to reach your goals for wellness. Class participants, please bring a blanket and a towel.
Pilates Plus

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays | 9:15-10 a.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:45-6:30 p.m. — Saturdays | 9:15-10 a.m.
This group class guides you through mat exercises while using different “props.” Foam rollers, Fit Circles, bands and balls add resistance and balance challenges to the original mat work while taking your body further along in the quest for total body fitness.
Senior Fitness
Meets in room 250
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 10:30-11:15 a.m.
This class is a total-body senior workout program for active individuals. This class combines aerobic, flexibility, and strength training in a positive, energizing environment. We include exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. We incorporate a chair into the workout for standing and seating support – enabling you to push yourself as far as you want. Get ready for a head-to-toe workout!
Total Body Conditioning for Women

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 9:15-10 a.m.
Reclaim your body and cross-train for improved overall fitness. We mix it up with cardio jam, step and weights to increase physical strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. This physical challenge will keep you coming back for more.
Yoga for Strength and Flexibility

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8:15-9 a.m.
This Class uses a system of physical postures and breathing techniques to promote health, bodily control and mental well being.
