Group fitness classes are a fun and motivating way to add exercise into your daily routine.
Group Fitness is a group of people exercising together as a part of a planned and constructed program. The members of the class are guided through the entire routine by a certified instructor. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
Group fitness classes offer many benefits, including:

NOTE: Fitness Center Class Registration is online only (unless otherwise noted).
Registration closes Sunday, May 19 at midnight. Cost for each class in this six-week session is $35 for Fitness Center members or $45 for non-members. During online registration you will be prompted to choose the member or non-member rate. If you are not already a member, check out the benefits of membership before registering for class. Class Descriptions
B-Fit
Meets in room 250
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 8:15-9 a.m. Locate Room
Active older adults get moving through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, flexibility, and activity for daily living.
Boot Camp Conditioning
Meets in room 250
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 5:45-6:30 a.m. & Saturdays | 7:15-8 a.m. Locate Room
Experienced fitness levels only. You can command power, strength and agility with this military inspired workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout, you’ll lunge, kick, crunch, box, cycle and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated.
Cardio Circuit

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 7:15-8 a.m. Locate Room
This high energy, fast-paced, fat burning class involves moving from exercise to exercise, cardio to weights, with little to no rest.
Circuit Training
Meets in room 250
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 12:15-1 p.m. Locate Room
An exercise circuit is one completion of all prescribed exercises in a program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. The time in between exercises in a circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
Cycle and Toning
Meets in the Fitness Center
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6-6:45 a.m. Locate Room
If a challenge is what you’re looking for, this is it! Whether you’re training for a triathlon or riding for cardiovascular health, this class will get you there. Feel the energy from upbeat music and those that surround you. Come enjoy the ride. Everyone leaves class a winner.
NOTE: Must preregister ONLINE for Cycle class or you will not be guaranteed a bike for the session.
Flex

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays | 9:15-10 a.m. Locate Room
Pilates based exercises use weights, stability balls, and other toning equipment to improve strength and flexibility.
Interval training
Meets in room 250
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7:15-8 a.m. & Saturdays | 8:15-9 a.m. Locate Room
A series of low to high intensity exercise workouts are interspersed with relief periods. The high intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods may involve complete rest or activity of lower intensity.
Matwork Mixup

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:45-6:30 p.m. Locate Room
Improve your core and muscular control, flexibility, strength, breathing techniques and posture in this class that uses various workout apparatuses and techniques.
Senior Fitness
Meets in room 250
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 10:30-11:15 a.m. Locate Room
This class is a total-body senior workout program for active individuals. This class combines aerobic, flexibility, and strength training in a positive, energizing environment. We include exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. We incorporate a chair into the workout for standing and seating support – enabling you to push yourself as far as you want. Get ready for a head-to-toe workout!
Total Body Conditioning for Women

Reclaim your body and cross-train for improved overall fitness. We mix it up with cardio jam, step and weights to increase physical strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. This physical challenge will keep you coming back for more.
Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8:15-9 a.m. Locate Room
This class uses a system of physical postures and breathing techniques to promote health, bodily control and mental well being.
Yoga / Pilates / Tone
Meets in room 250
Mondays & Wednesdays | 12-12:45 p.m. Locate Room
Workout using a mix of our Yoga, Pilates & Matwork classes.
