Mission, Vision and Purpose
Crossings Fitness Center is here to encourage and guide individuals to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit in their everyday lives. We want enhance fellowship in an informal setting and provide a tool through which the community can experience Christian faith in a personal but non-threatening way.
Vision and Purpose
Our vision is to offer fellowship, support, and education to people who want to have an active and healthy lifestyle. We want to express that exercising is not only about working the body it is also a path to emotional and spiritual health.
Group fitness classes are a fun and motivating way to add exercise into your daily routine.
Group Fitness is a group of people exercising together as a part of a planned and constructed program. The members of the class are guided through the entire routine by a certified instructor. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
Group fitness classes offer many benefits, including:

NOTE: Fitness Center Class Registration is online only (unless otherwise noted). Please stop by the fitness desk to check in whenever you attend a fitness class.

Thanksgiving break (no classes) — November 28, 29 & 30
Registration closes Sunday, December 1 at midnight. Cost for each class in this six-week session is $35 for Fitness Center members or $45 for non-members. Benefits of MembershipDuring online registration you will be prompted to choose the member or non-member rate. If you are not already a member, check out the benefits of membership before registering for class.
5:45-6:30 a.m. | Boot Camp Conditioning
Experienced fitness levels only. You can command power, strength and agility with this military inspired workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout, you’ll lunge, kick, crunch, run, and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated.
7-7:45 a.m. | Cardio Circuit
This high energy, fast-paced, fat burning class involves moving from exercise to exercise, cardio to weights, with little to no rest.
8:15-9 a.m. | Will Power and Grace: A Basic Fitness Class
Have you made a commitment to increase your fitness level but dont know where to begin? Come and join us as we work with you to set a pace for success. Full body workouts including cardio and strength to awesome contemporary Christian music!
9:15-10 a.m. | Total Body Conditioning for Women
Reclaim your body and cross-train for improved overall fitness. We mix it up with cardio, and weights to increase physical strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. This physical challenge will keep you coming back for more.
10:30-11:15 a.m. | Senior Fitness
This class is a total-body senior workout program for active individuals. This class combines aerobic, flexibility, and strength training in a positive, energizing environment. We include exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. We incorporate a chair into the workout for standing and seating support – enabling you to push yourself as far as you want. Get ready for a head-to-toe workout!
12-12:45 p.m. | Arms, Legs & Abs (Monday, Wednesday ONLY)
This class focuses on strengthening and toning your arms, legs and abs using different forms of resistance.
6:15–7 a.m. | Cardio / Strength Circuit
Our Cardio / Strength circuit is a completion of all prescribed alternating cardio and strength exercises in a program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. The time in between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
7:15–8 a.m. | Get up and Move
In this FUN and EXCITING class it will be Instructors choice! You may walk the church grounds with weights on one day and participate in a Step class the next. You might have a Spin class on Tuesday and a Rebounder class on Thursday! Anything goes in this class to get you moving!!
8:15-9 a.m. | Yoga
This class uses a system of physical postures and breathing techniques to promote health, bodily control and mental well being.
9:15-10 a.m. | Quick HIIT
This class is a mentally and physically challenging, high intensity interval training class that will push your body to its limits using athletic conditioning, resistance and body weight.
10:15-11 a.m. | Turbo Kick
Core engaging recovery techniques designed to challenge, increase flexibility and promote quicker recovery times following vigorous exercise.
12:15-1 p.m. | Endurance Training
Incorporating some workouts that help to improve your aerobic capacity alongside others that help to improve your anaerobic endurance. You get the best of both worlds!
7 a.m. – 2 p.m. | No Group Classes
Open for individual activities.
To promote a safe environment
- We ask all members to sign in each time they visit the facility.
- We encourage every member to attend an orientation session on how to use the equipment in the strength room and the cardio room. (If you have used strength and cardio equipment before, you may sign a waiver to opt out of the orientation.) Each member is also required to fill out a health assessment form.
- Each member is welcome to bring guests to the facility. We ask members to accompany guests each time they visit.
NOTE: Children under the age of 16 may not use the strength equipment at any time.
- Because this is a Christ-centered facility, please dress modestly and use appropriate language.

How to Get Started
Membership packets are available at the Fitness Center office or register online. Once you’ve completed the registration forms and an orientation on the equipment, you are welcome to use the facility during hours of operation. Fitness Center members also receive a $10 discount on Fitness Center classes.
- Individual (twelve months–one year) – $120
- Individual (six months) – $75
- Individual (one month) – $20
- Family (one year) – $200
Fitness Center Family membership is only available in one year increments and is restricted to persons in your household who are 16 years or older.
NOTE: Fitness Center membership is restricted to persons 16 years or older.
We have certified personal trainers (for an additional fee) who are ready to provide you with the individual attention and expertise needed to help you achieve your fitness, strength and weight-loss goals.
