Family: Married to Verle; two daughters, two granddaughters, one grandson. Quality time with the grandchildren tops Pam’s list of favorite things.
Interesting Facts: Pam and Verle have attended Crossings since 2003. Pam’s passion is helping people grow spiritually, assisting them in developing a growing, intimate relationship with Christ, and facilitating discovery of their God-given gifts. On any Sunday morning, you will find Pam playing the violin in the CCC orchestra. Verle serves in the parking lot ministry as a traffic director and cart driver.
Pam’s leisure time is spent reading, quilting, oil painting, playing piano and violin and shooting guns with her husband. Yes, she has a concealed carry license and has been professionally trained in handgun self-defense at the Front Sight Resort in the Nevada desert where she is fondly known as “Pammie Oakley.”

Interesting Facts:For nearly 25 years, Ron has focused his counseling on faith-based individual, marital, and family issues. After many years in private practice, Ron, an ordained pastor, joined the CCC pastoral staff, overseeing LifeCare Ministry which helps those experiencing brokenness in their lives by offering one-on-one counseling and/or participation in a variety of support groups and classes, known as the CareSeries.
In his spare time, he and his family are die-hard Sooner fans. When he’s not bleeding crimson and crème, Ron’s been spotted aerobic kayaking and road biking in OKC. You might even find him on the Colorado slopes, ski poles in hand.

Interesting Facts:When Shari joined the staff, she was instrumental in using her impressive background and education to oversee and grow a ministry of LifeCare that we call LifeTools. When asked about it, she says, “I would like to reach places in the community that come into contact with families in crisis. LifeTools is the only program locally that is spiritually-based and curriculum-driven.”
In her off hours, she enjoys anything creative, especially scrapbooking.

Interesting Facts:Although just joining the staff in 2006, Teresa and her family have been attending Crossings over 25 years; serving on the Missions Committee and as a Stephen’s Minister. Professionally, she has served as Executive Director of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) in Oklahoma and worked at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services for over 28 years.
If you’re looking for Teresa in the summer months, you might spot her on the lake where she loves to water ski and wakeboard.

Interesting Facts:On Monday nights (and a few other times throughout the week), Crossings offers a variety of support groups and classes called the CareSeries. Todd is the director and is excited about the opportunity to lead this program. “It’s a safe place where people can be real about the challenges that life brings and can find hope for the journey.”
It’s a good thing he found his true calling, because we understand in sixth grade, Todd won a state rap contest. However, the day of the music video shoot, he and his “posse” all got the stomach flu. His rap career’s never been the same since. Lucky for us.
