Core Values

Every person is unique. And we all serve Christ in different ways. While acknowledging that truth, we find it essential to unify our efforts as a body of believers. We have ten core values that define our efforts. These are the things we value, while also encouraging and supporting the many unique gifts God gives to individuals.

1. The Bible is our authority and is relevant for us today.

2. In corporate worship we celebrate God’s presence and involvement in our lives.

3. Spiritual growth is a daily process resulting in a changing life.

4. Every person is important to God and therefore valued by us.

5. We experience life in its fullness through vital, Christ-centered relationships.

6. We believe excellence honors God and inspires people.

7. We approach life with a servant attitude.

8. God has given every believer spiritual gifts to use in His church.

9. Leadership is reserved for those demonstrating exemplary commitment to Christ and the church.
