Imagine-Phase III Building Campaign
"God can do anything, you knowfar more than you
could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest
dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by
working within us, His Spirit deeply and gently within us.

Imagine Building Campaign
(Update
June 2008)
Work continues on our new Chapel, with the concrete slab to be poured in the coming weeks. Additionally, construction has begun on the Atrium expansion. Both building additions are anticipated to be completed in late summer of 2009.

We deeply appreciate your giving to the project. With 13 months of our three-year campaign completed, we have received $5.9 million in gifts for the project that will cost $11.5 million. Your continued faithful giving to Imagine through March 2010 will be a tremendous blessing to us as we again seek to complete a capital expansion project with no long-term debt. If you need to make adjustments to your initial commitments, or if you would like to make a new financial commitment to Phase III, contact Michael Stephens at ext. 223.
Some items to be aware of during the time of construction include:
- A new temporary west entrance and sidewalk will be put into place prior to construction starting. It will be located a few feet south of the existing sidewalk, and provide entrance into the nursery wing rather than by the nursery check-in desk.
- Some of the existing roadway and parking space close to the main entrance will be lost during the project. This is unavoidable due to the location of the chapel and covered walkway that will surround it. See map of entrances and parking during construction.
Your patience over the next few months will be greatly appreciated. The temporary “pain” during construction will be far outweighed by the “gain” of what we’ll have when the project is completed.
